1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "juya9" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the juya9 online gambling platform operating at juya9.ws and all associated services, systems and interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on or uses the juya9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal gambling account registered by a Player on the juya9 platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, arcade games and account management tools made available through the juya9 platform.
• "Funds" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held in a Player's juya9 Account wallet, whether deposited or accrued through gameplay winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins allocation, cashback offer or other incentive granted by juya9 to a Player subject to specific wagering or qualifying conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by juya9 prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any point during a Player's account lifecycle.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference clock for all time-sensitive platform operations including bonus expiry, match start times and withdrawal processing windows.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the juya9 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the juya9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and juya9.

By completing the account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the juya9 platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, without reservation or qualification.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and juya9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements, whether written or oral.

3. Eligibility

To open a juya9 Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. juya9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing juya9 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, per device and per payment method is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of juya9 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

juya9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and residential address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the juya9 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds and Bonuses held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times and to notify juya9 promptly of any changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. juya9 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify juya9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

juya9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions, including those set out above.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

juya9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at such other times as juya9 considers necessary, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit Funds into your Account.

juya9 processes all KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the juya9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). juya9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective terms of service.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time for all supported mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank may take additional processing time depending on the bank's internal clearing procedures. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card network processing times.

juya9 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will result in the return of Funds and a formal investigation of the Account.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 60 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to security checks and the availability of the receiving payment provider's network. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience slightly longer processing windows.

juya9 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of ৳50,000 or above. During any such review, the withdrawal amount will be placed in a temporary hold state and the Player will be notified by email or SMS.

Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the juya9 Account holder. Withdrawal of deposited Funds that have not been used in at least one round of gameplay may be subject to an administrative review.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

juya9 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms for an individual offer state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a fully registered, KYC-verified Account in good standing.
• Each Bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• juya9 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any Bonus at any time where it suspects that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion or any form of fraud.
• Only one Bonus may be active on a single Account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

juya9 makes all reasonable efforts to communicate Bonus terms clearly and in plain English. Players who have questions about the conditions of any active Bonus are encouraged to contact customer support before opting in to the offer.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The juya9 platform offers casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets. Each game category and each individual betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation, while these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other aspects of your relationship with juya9.

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the juya9 platform — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any prior result and independently of the size of any wager placed. juya9 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of bet placement. juya9 reserves the right to void bets or correct odds where a manifest error has occurred in the odds-setting process. Cricket betting markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and Bangladesh national team fixtures are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Match times and deadlines are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

juya9 reserves the right to impose stake limits on individual Players or market types at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

juya9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players on its platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and can be activated directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount of Funds you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to seek assistance. juya9 supports access to independent counselling and support organisations. You may also contact the juya9 support team at any time to request the immediate activation of any responsible gaming tool on your Account. juya9 staff will never attempt to dissuade a Player from using responsible gaming features. 21+ only. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juya9 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in game logic for financial gain without promptly reporting them to juya9 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome Bonuses repeatedly or deliberately exploiting promotional terms.
• Conducting any transaction through the juya9 platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating any form of betting syndicate through a personal Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or interfere with the juya9 platform's software, security systems or payment infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the juya9 platform, including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, text content, promotional materials and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of juya9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juya9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the juya9 platform without the prior written consent of juya9.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juya9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the juya9 platform or Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.

juya9's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juya9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows will be communicated to Players where reasonably practicable.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

juya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• At the Player's own written request for voluntary Account closure.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Player via the responsible gaming tools.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player, any remaining verified, non-Bonus Funds held in the Account wallet will be returned to the Player via their last registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

juya9 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, juya9 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the juya9 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the juya9 platform, you agree to contact juya9 customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

juya9 is committed to handling all Player complaints fairly, transparently and in a timely manner. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to the customer support email address set out in Section 15 below. juya9 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and will aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
